    • Birth certificate [International Learners: passport or permit reference number/refugee status]
    • Proof of residence

    Parent/Gaurdian Documents

    • Certified ID copy and legal proof in case of guardianship.
    • Proof of residence
    • Payslip and ID for person responsible for fees
    • R150 Application fee non-refundable
